8 to 10 hours
2 1/2 to 3 1/2 pounds Beef Chuck or Shoulder Roast, boneless or bone-in, as desired
2 Tablespoons Adams Reserve All-Purpose House Rub
2 Tablespoons Ottavio Private Reserve Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 jar Canyon Foods Zuppa di Nonna
* shredded parmesan cheese, for garnish
Season beef roast all over with rub. Heat a large skillet over Medium-High heat. Add oil; sear chuck roast 3 to 5 minutes per side until browned.
Transfer roast to crock pot. Pour Zuppa di Nonna over roast. Cover and cook on low8 to 10 hours or until roast is very tender.
Pull roast apart with 2 forks to shred or break up into small pieces. Serve roast with sauce over cooked pasta of your choice. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
