1/4 package H-E-B Whole Wheat Spaghetti
1 package (8 oz.) H-E-B Fully Fit™ Extra Lean Pork Slices
4 H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!® Garlic Cloves, crushed
2 Tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
2 cups H-E-B Frozen Petite Peas
* salt and pepper
Cook noodles according to package instructions; drain. Set aside.
Cut Pork Slices into 1/2 inch strips and combine with the canola oil. Heat skillet over Medium-High heat for 2 minutes. Add the pork strips and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add the garlic to the pork and stir-fry one more minute or until pork is completely cooked. Add the parsley and peas and stir fry for 2 more minutes.
Add the drained hot spaghetti to mixture in skillet and toss to coat ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
