1 tub (16 oz.) H-E-B Fully Cooked® Pork or Chicken Verde
1 (16 oz.) can yellow hominy, drained
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
1 c. Colby Jack Cheese, plus 2 more tablespoons for topping
1 can (2.25 oz.) sliced black olives
1 tube refrigerated Pillsbury Garlic Breadsticks
Preheat oven to 375F°. Coat a 9-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
Heat pork in microwave or on stovetop according to package directions.
Combine pork with hominy, sour cream, 1 cup of cheese and olives. Spread mixture in baking dish.
Open breadsticks. Unroll dough and separate into strips at perforations. Twist each strip and place over top of casserole in a lattice-style pattern; tuck strip ends into casserole at edges of pan. Sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons of cheese.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly and twists are golden brown.
