Ponzu & Honey Glazed Flank Steak

1  lb.  flank steak, trimmed

3  Tbsp.  lime juice

2  Tbsp.  low sodium soy sauce

2  Tbsp.  Texas honey

1  tsp.  ground ginger


Preheat broiler to High. Place flank steak on a foil lined baking sheet. Set aside.

In a small saucepan, combine remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer for 3 minutes then remove from heat.

Brush ponzu sauce over beef and broil 5 minutes. Turn beef and brush with more ponzu sauce. Cook an additional 5 minutes.

Let beef rest 10 minutes before slicing.
