1/2 c. H-E-B Traditional Pizza Sauce
1/4 c. H-E-B Pepperoni Slices low-fat, diced
1/2 c. mushrooms, diced
1 c. bell pepper, diced
1/2 c. onion, diced
3/4 c. H-E-B Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 12-cup muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place 1 wonton wrapper in each muffin cup. Bake 10 minutes.
Spoon pizza sauce into each wonton cup, layer remaining toppings, finishing with cheese.
Turn oven to broil. Broil 2-3 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
