Ingredients

1  lb.  H-E-B Lean Ground Beef

1  jar (24 oz.)  H-E-B Marinara Sauce

8  whole wheat lasagna noodles

1  c.  finely chopped kale (packed tightly)

1 1/2  c.  diced cauliflower

1  c.  H-E-B Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions


Preheat oven to 400°F.

Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.

Meanwhile, cook beef over medium heat in large skillet until no longer pink. Stir in marinara sauce, kale and cauliflower; heat through.

Place noodles on wax paper. Spread 1/3 cup sauce mixture and 2 Tablespoons cheese over each noodle; roll up tightly and place each noodle seam side down in an ungreased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Top roll-ups with remaining sauce.

Bake uncovered approximately 15 minutes, or until heated through.
