1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 can pineapple chunks in water
1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. olive oil
4 skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Preheat grill to Medium-High heat.
Skewer chicken, pineapple, and peppers alternatively on a skewer.
Combine ginger, soy sauce, and olive oil together and drizzle over skewers.
Grill skewers on Medium flame for 7 to 10 minutes per side.
