Pepper Jack Spinach Quiche

Ingredients

1  (9 oz) frozen pie crust

1  cup  milk (regular, low fat or fat free)

3  eggs, beaten

1  cup  shredded jalapeno jack cheese

1  can  (14 oz) HCF whole spinach, drained

4  strips  bacon, cooked and chopped

Instructions


Heat oven to 375 degrees.

In a mixing bowl, combine milk, eggs, cheese and spinach.

Carefully pour into the piecrust and top with chopped bacon.

Bake in oven for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center of the quiche comes out clean.

Let sit 10 minutes before cutting
