milk (regular, low fat or fat free)

eggs, beaten

shredded jalapeno jack cheese

(14 oz) HCF whole spinach, drained

strips
bacon, cooked and chopped
![]() Instructions ![]() Heat oven to 375 degrees.
![]() In a mixing bowl, combine milk, eggs, cheese and spinach.
![]() Carefully pour into the piecrust and top with chopped bacon.
![]() Bake in oven for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center of the quiche comes out clean.
![]() Let sit 10 minutes before cutting
