2 H-E-B Natural Angus Boneless Beef New York Strip Steaks, cut 3/4 or 1-inch thick
1 1/2 cups Cookwell & Company™ Pecos 83 BBQ Marinade
1 teaspoon each: Adams Oregano, Garlic Powder, Salt & Ground Black Pepper
Place steaks and marinade in a large plastic bag. Seal bag and toss to coat; marinate steaks 30 to 60 minutes.
Light charcoal fire or heat gas grill on High 10 minutes with lid closed.
Pour marinade from steaks into a small pot. Bring to a boil over Medium heat; simmer 3 minutes or longer until reduced slightly. Set aside.
Season steaks with Adams products. Grill according to steak package directions; baste with reduced marinade after turning. Baste steaks again after grilling.
