1/2 cup Fisher chef’s natural pecan halves
1 cup Red seedless grapes
2 Kiwi fruit peeled & thin sliced
1 jar (12.3 oz.) H-E-B Harvest Moon™ pears drained and sliced
1 cup H-E-B fully cooked® herbed chicken breast
1 pkg. (5 oz.) Central Market® organics spring mix
1/2 cup H-E-B Texas Twists® honey sesame dressing
Heat the oven to 350F. Spread the pecans on a bakingsheet and bake on the center oven rack for 5 to 10 minutes.Remove from oven and set aside.
Combine the grapes, sliced kiwi, sliced pears, chopped chickenand salad greens in a large salad bowl. Cover the salad withplastic wrap and keep chilled until ready to serve.
Before serving, add the salad dressing to the salad and tossto coat the ingredients. Top the salad with the toasted pecans
