1/2 cup H-E-B the Baker's® Scoop Self Rising Flour
1/2 cup Hill Country Fare Pecan Cookie Pieces
1 H-E-B egg, beaten
4 (5 - 6 oz. each) trout fillets
1 cup Bronco Bob Apricot Chipotle Sauce
Heat the oven to 425F. Spray a foil lined baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine the flour and pecan pieces in a shallow dish. Place the beaten eggs in another shallow dish. Season each fillet with saltand pepper to taste.
Dip each seasoned fillet in the beaten eggs and then press into the pecan flour mixture. Place the fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the fish 10 minutes per inch of thickness of the fillet or until it flakes easily in the center. Top each baked fish fillet with Bronco Bobs Apricot Chipotle Sauce and serve.
