3 Tbsp. peanut butter
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour, reserve cup
3/4 c. Cup Central Market Flour Organics No Sugar Added Or Low Sugar Preserves, any flavor
1/2 c. low-fat granola
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine peanut butter and butter in a large mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer on Medium speed, combine until fluffy. Add sugars and salt; mix until well combined.
Gradually add flour to creamed butter and sugar mixture, reserving cup. Mix until a dough ball is formed.
Press dough into bottom of an 8 x 8-inch square baking dish. Bake 15 minutes. Carefully spread preserves over crust. Combine reserved flour with granola and sprinkle on top.
Bake an additional 20 minutes. Allow bars to cool completely before cutting and serving.
