3 H-E-B fully cooked® herbed chicken breasts thawed
1 bag (12 oz.) H-E-B frozen mandarin oranges
1 can (10.75 oz.) Hill Country Fare cream of chicken soup
1 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B steamable white rice
1 bag (12 oz.) Birds eye garlic baby peas & mushrooms
1/2 cup shopped parsley
Heat the H-E-B Fully Cooked®; Chicken Breasts according to package directions and thin slice. Combine the sliced chicken breasts, mandarin orange sections and cream of chicken soup in a large skillet over high heat (you can also place in a microwave safe bowl, cover with plastic wrap and microwave on High power for 5 minutes). Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce heat to low and cook for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat the H-E-B Steamable White Rice and Birds Eye Baby Peas & Mushrooms according to package directions.
Layer the rice, baby peas & mushrooms and mandarin chicken on a platter. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve
