3 1/2 cups medium shell macaroni, uncooked (8 ounces)
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 1/2 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 1/2 cups chopped fresh cauliflower
3/4 cup sliced carrot
1/2 cup sliced green onion
1 cup creamy Italian salad dressing, divided (8 ounce bottle)
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms (about 6 ounces)
Cook pasta according to package directions: drain, rinse well.
In large bowl, combine cooled pasta with chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, carrot and green onion. Toss with 1/2 cup salad dressing.
Cover and chill. Just before serving, toss with remaining 1/2 cup salad dressing and mushrooms.
