1 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 clove of garlic, peeled and chopped
1 can (15 oz) HCF whole potatoes, drained
2 teaspoon parsley flakes
1 slice bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
Melt butter or margarine in a medium-size skillet over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute; stirring constantly.
Add potatoes and continue to cook for 3 minutes or until potatoes begin to brown.
Sprinkle parsley over potatoes and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cover skillet, reduce heat to medium-low heat and cook for 5 more minutes.
Before serving, top with bacon
