Panko Crusted Salmon with Black Rice

1  lb.  Atlantic salmon fillets divided into 4 equal portions

2  Tbsp.  Chinese 5 spice seasoning blend

2  c.  panko bread crumbs

•  H-E-B Olive Oil

•  H-E-B Imported Black China Rice

•  H-E-B Frozen Zesty Zen Blend Vegetables

1/2  c.  green onions, thinly sliced


Combine Chinese 5 Spice Seasoning and bread crumbs together in a shallow bowl.

Roll salmon fillets in bread crumbs and place on a baking sheet lightly coated with olive oil. Set aside.

Prepare rice according to package instructions for Steamed Black Rice.

Place fish in oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.

Follow package instructions for microwaving vegetables.

Once rice is done garnish with green onions. Serve with veggies and fish.
