3 Tablespoons butter or margarine
4 Flounder fillets thawed
1/2 cup H-E-B Texas Twists® chipotle thousand island salad dressing
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat for 3 minutes. Add 2 Tablespoons butter and pan fry flounder fillets for 3 to 4 minutes per side over medium high heat.
Season the fried flounder with salt and pepper to taste and serve with H-E-B Texas Twists®; Chipotle Thousand Island Salad Dressing
