4 H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Garlic Cloves, chopped
2 Tbsp. Central Market Organics™ Herbs de Provence
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. fresh cracked black pepper
2 (1 lb. each) whole pork tenderloins
Heat oven to 375°F. Line a roasting pan with foil and set aside.
Combine olive oil, garlic, herbs de provence, salt, and pepper in a pie dish. Roll the pork loins in the olive oil mixture and place in roasting pan.
Roast on center oven rack for 35 to 40 minutes or until internal temperature reads 155°F and juices run clear. Remove from oven, cover with foil, and let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
