Ingredients

2  Tbsp.  Central Market Organics Olive Oil

2  heads fresh  cauliflower, cut into small florets

1/2  c.  H-E-B Shredded Parmesan Cheese

*  kosher salt & fresh crack pepper, to taste

Instructions


Heat oven to 375°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil and set aside.

Combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl and toss to coat. Season the cauliflower with fresh cracked pepper and salt to taste. Evenly spread the cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet and bake on the center oven rack for 15 minutes.
