2 packages (3 oz) orange gelatin
2 cups diluted frozen orange juice
1 pint orange sherbet
1 cup cold water
2 cans (11 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
Dissolve gelatin in boiling orange juice.
Stir in sherbet until dissolved.
Add water and oranges; stir until mixed well.
Pour into an 8-inch square glass dish, refrigerate until set
