1 pound fresh green beans or Chinese long beans
1 teaspoon Alessi Sea Salt
4 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon Hill Country Fare Vegetable Oil
1 tablespoon Bonne Maman Orange Marmalade
Place 6 cups of water in a 3-quart pot and bring to a boil over Medium-High heat; add salt.
Meanwhile, trim ends from green or long beans; cut beans into 2-inch pieces. Peel garlic and cut into very thin slices.
Cook beans in boiling water 3 to 5 minutes or until crisp tender; drain.
Heat oil in a medium skillet over Medium heat. Add sliced garlic; sauté 20 to 30 seconds or until just golden. Stir in marmalade. Add green beans; toss to coat and cook 1 more minute. Serve immediately.
