Ingredients

2  bags (16 oz. each) frozen  H-E-B Select Parisian Whole Baby Carrots

1/4  c.  H-E-B Butter or Light Olive Oil

1/2  c.  Hill Country Fare Pecan Pieces or Sliced Almonds (optional)

4  Tbsp.  Hill Country Fare Regular Orange Flavor Gelatin or 1 tsp. Sugar Free Orange Gelatin

Instructions


Cook carrots according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Melt butter or margarine in a large skillet over medium heat. Add pecans or almonds and cook 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle the orange gelatin powder (regular or sugar free) over the cooked carrots and stir over low heat for an additional 1 minute until carrots are coated and gelatin has dissolved. Serve immediately.
