3/4  lb.  sirloin steak, sliced thin

1  clove  garlic, chopped

1/2  tsp.  crushed red pepper flakes

1  tsp.  canola oil

1  tsp.  grated orange zest

1/4  c.  orange juice

2  Tbsp.  low sodium soy sauce

1  Tbsp.  cornstarch

1  bunch  green onions, cut into 2-inch pieces


Combine steak, garlic, red pepper flakes, and oil in a large bowl.

In a smaller bowl, combine orange zest, juice, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Whisk to combine.

Place a large nonstick skillet over Medium-High heat.

Add beef and green onions. Saute 3 to 4 minutes and then add orange juice mixture.

Cook an additional 2 minutes and serve.
