1 lb. salmon fillet
1 orange, sliced
1/2 Tbsp. honey
1/2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place salmon fillet on a foil lined baking sheet.
Slice oranges very thin and set aside. Combine the honey, oil, and balsamic vinegar together in a small bowl.
Brush mixture onto salmon, and then place the orange slices over the salmon.
Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillet. Serve immediately.
