3/4 c. H-E-B Marinara Pasta Sauce
4 slices gluten-free sandwich bread
1/2 c. red onion, thinly sliced
1 c. H-E-B Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 1/2 c. H-E-B Fully Cooked Frozen Beef Fajita Strips, heated, chopped into bite size pieces
Preheat oven to 475°F.
Spread marinara evenly over each slice of bread.
Layer red onion, mozzarella, and fajita meat on top of marinara sauce. Place flatbread on a baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and enjoy!
