One-Pot Chicken & Broccoli Pasta

Ingredients

1/2  pkg. (6 oz.)  H-E-B Whole Grain Spaghetti

2  H-E-B All Natural Chicken Breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks

1  bag (16 oz.)  H-E-B Broccoli Florets or Whole Spinach

1/2  jar (26 oz.)  H-E-B Marinara Pasta Sauce

1/2  c.  H-E-B Reduced Fat Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions


Bring 6 cups water to a boil in a large pasta pot over high heat. Add spaghetti, return to a boil. Add chicken, return to a boil, cook 5 minutes. Add broccoli florets or spinach to boiling water. Cook 4 minutes.

Meanwhile, place pasta sauce in a large bowl, cover with plastic wrap. Heat in microwave 2 minutes on high power. Drain pasta mixture well, add to pasta sauce and toss. Top with shredded cheese and serve immediately.
