eggs or Hill Country Fare Egg Substitute, beaten
![]() Instructions ![]() Combine all purpose flour, cornmeal, oats and baking powder in a large mixing bowl. Add HEB Soy Milk and beaten eggs to flour mixture and stir until mixture forms a thick batter. Set Batter aside.
![]() Lightly grease hot griddle with oil. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake on hot griddle. Cook pancakes for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes per side. Turn pancakes only once.
