1 lb. chicken tenders, cut in 1 inch cubes
1 can (14.5 oz.) H-E-B Diced Tomatoes Mexican Flavor
1 pkg. Mann's Vegetable Medley, cut in bite size pieces
1 c. H-E-B 100% Whole Grain Brown Rice
2 Tbsp. Fiesta Fideo Olé Seasoning
1 c. green onions, chopped
• salt & pepper
In a medium stockpot, heat 8 cups of water over medium high heat.
Stir in chicken, tomatoes, vegetables, rice, and seasoning. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium, cover, and simmer 35 - 45 minutes.
Ladle soup into individual bowls, and top with green onion. Salt and pepper to taste.
