1 link diced beef smoked sausage
1 lb. peeled and deveined shrimp
2 c. frozen corn
1 cup sliced okra
1 Tbsp. creole seasoning
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes with green pepper and onions
Cook sausage in a large skillet until fried hard. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp are done.
Add corn, okra and Creole seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes, then add entire can of tomatoes. Cover and simmer on low for 20 minutes. Serve over white rice and corn muffins.
