bell pepper, chopped

jalapeños, seeded & chopped

poblano pepper, seeded & chopped

c.
cilantro, chopped

firm Roma tomato, chopped
2
limes, each cut into 8 wedges
![]() Instructions ![]() Cut nopales into 1/4 inch cubes, set on a paper towel 10 minutes.
![]() Combine all ingredients in a large serving bowl and stir. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
![]() Chill until ready to serve. Serve with a piece of lime.
