2 (6.5 oz.) cans Snow's® Chopped Clams'
3/4 cup H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Chopped Onion
3/4 cup H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Chopped Celery
2 1/2 cups diced potatoes
2 tsps. coarse black pepper
2 tbsps. H-E-B butter
2 cups H-E-B Half & Half, regular or fat free
Combine the juice from the clams, onion, celery, potatoes, pepper, butter and 1 cup water in a large 4 quart sauce pot. Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat and cover, lower heat to low until potatoes are tender (about 20 minutes). Mash the mixture with a potato masher or place in a food processor and blend to a chunky texture. Return mixture to pot.
Add the clams and half & half and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Serve with saltine crackers
