boneless skinless chicken tenders, cut into 1 inch cubes

low-fat mayonnaise

H-E-B Tough & Easy Slider Bags, gallon size

bag (13 oz.)
H-E-B Nacho Cheese Chips, crushed
![]() Instructions ![]() Preheat oven to 400°F. Line large baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Set aside.
![]() Combine chicken and mayonnaise in one bag. Seal and turn until mayonnaise coats
chicken.
![]() In second bag, crush chips using a rolling pin. Add chicken, seal bag and turn 3 times until chicken is covered with chips.
![]() Place chicken on prepared baking sheet. Bake uncovered 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
