2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
1 small white onion, diced
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. Adams Reserve Steak Au Poivre Rub
1/4 c. Robert's Reserve Spicy Moroccan Sauce
Sauté sweet potatoes and onions with olive oil and Au Poivre Rub in a large skillet.
Cook 10-15 minutes on Medium-High until potatoes are tender.
Add sauce and stir to warm through. Remove from heat and serve.
