2 lb. gold or red potatoes
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. red onion, chopped
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. Better Than Good Texas Moppin' Sauce
1 Tbsp. Adams Reserve House Rub
Scrub potatoes and cut into 1/2-inch dice. Place in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat, uncovered, 15 minutes or until tender. Drain well and place in a large bowl to cool slightly.
In the meantime, combine mayonnaise, Moppin' sauce and Adams rub in a small bowl.
Toss potatoes with celery and onion. Stir in dressing. Serve at room temperature or refrigerate and serve chilled, as desired.
