1 Tablespoon Hill Country Fare Canola Oil
1 1⁄2 lbs. H-E-B Lean Ground Beef or Ground Turkey breast
1 container (5 oz.) H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!® diced sweet onion
1⁄4 cup Bolner's® fiesta brand quick chili mix'
1 can (8 oz.) Hill Country Fare diced green chiles
2 cans (14.5 oz.) H-E-B petite diced tomatoes
2 cans (14.5 oz.) Central Market™ Organics pinto black or red beans
Heat a large chili or sauce pot over high heat for 3 minutes. Add the oil and ground beef or turkey. Stir-fry the meat 4 minutes and break into small crumbles with a cooking spatula. Add the diced onions and stir-fry for 3 more minutes. Add the Bolner's Fiesta Brand Quick Chili Mix and green chiles; stir-fry for 1 more minute.
Stir in the tomatoes with their juice and the beans. Bring the chili to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 15 minutes or until chili is thick. Season the chili to taste with salt and fresh cracked black pepper.
