![]() Instructions ![]() Combine the flour, sugar, salt and yeast in a large mixing bowl and make a well inthe center.
![]() Add the lukewarm milk, 1/2 cup lukewarm water, melted butter and beaten egg to the well in the flour. Use your hands to mix into a soft dough. Place the dough on a floured surface and knead the dough for 10 minutes. If your mixer has a dough hook, knead the dough on low speed for 5 minutes. Place the dough in a bowl sprayed with non-stickcooking oil, cover with a cloth and allow to rise in a warm corner of the kitchen for45 minutes or until it doubles in size.
![]() Meanwhile combine the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, raisins and pecans in a microwave safe bowl. Heat the filling mixture for 1 minute on High power and set aside to cool.
![]() Heat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line two 8-inch cake pans with parchment paper, spray withnon-stick cooking spray and set aside.
![]() Punch down dough and knead for 2 minutes. Roll the dough into an 12-inch by 16-inch square. Spread the cooled filling on the dough and leave a clean 1 inch edge on one ofthe 16-inch sides. Beginning from the 16-inch side with the filling to the edge, roll the dough up tightly and press the ends to seal in the filling. Place a 12-inch piece of dental floss under the roll at 1-inch intervals and tie the ends so that it cuts the roll into 16 1-inch slices. Arrange the slices in the prepared baking pans, cover with a clean towel and let the dough rise 15 minutes in a warm corner of the kitchen.
![]() Bake the cinnamon rolls for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden. While roles are rising, combine the powdered sugar and orange juice in a small bowl and set aside. When rolls are baked, drizzle each with the sugar glaze. Serve warm.
