1 lb. sirloin steaks
1/2 bottle (12 oz.) Cookwell & Company Garlic And Molasses Marinade
2 Tbsp. Adams Reserve Peppercorn And Garlic Sear-N-Crust Rub
1 cntr. (5 oz.) H-E-B Blue Cheese
Marinate steaks in Garlic Molasses Marinade 1 hour. Remove steaks from marinade (reserve marinade) and season both sides with Peppercorn and Garlic Rub.
Cook on grill until desired level of doneness.
Remove from grill, cover in blue cheese, and bake in broiler until cheese is golden brown and melted.
Heat reserved marinade in a small saucepan until thickened.
Drizzle garlic molasses reduction over steaks. Serve and Enjoy!
