Ingredients

*  Sweet and Tangy Sugar-Free Salad Dressing:

1  tsp.  H-E-B Sugar or Hill Country Fare Zero Calorie Sweetener

1  juice of a lime

⅓  c.  water

1  Tbsp.  Hill Country Fare Louisiana Hot Sauce

1  Tbsp.  H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil

*  Salad:

2  H-E-B Fresher Lasting™ 100% Hass Jumbo Avocado Halves, thin sliced

1  bag (6 oz.)  H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!™ Baby Spinach and Spring Mix

1  package (12 oz.)   H-E-B Frozen Mango Chunks, sliced

4  red onion slices, separated into rings

½  c. crumbled  H-E-B Reduced Fat Feta Cheese

Instructions


Dip avocado slices in dressing and set aside.

Layer spinach and spring mix, dipped avocado slices, mango, onion, and feta in large salad bowl or arrange on platter. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 15 minutes or until ready to serve. Toss salad with dressing and serve.
