Ingredients

1  (12 ounce) bag  Fresh Express Premium Garden Blends

1  package  H-E-B Fresher Lasting Avocado Chunks, chopped

1  (24.7 ounce) jar  Los Garcias Mangos, drained & sliced

1/2  cup  sliced red onions, separated into rings

1  cup  crumbled H-E-B Queso Fresco cheese

1/2  cup  Ken's® Light Sweet Vidalia Dressing'

Instructions


Layer salad greens, avocado slices, mango slices, onion rings and queso fresco in a large salad bowl.

Cover salad with plastic wrap and chill for 15 minutes or more. Before serving, toss salad and serve with Ken's Light Sweet Vidalia salad dressing.
