Mixed Greens With Dried Cherries And Almonds

1/2  cup  slivered almonds, toasted

3  each  medium tomatoes

1  each  cucumber

1/2  cup  chopped green onions with tops

1 (10 oz)  bag  Fresh Express┬« Hearts of Romaine

1 (5 oz)  bag  Fresh Express┬« Spring Mix

2/3  cup  dried cherries

1/2  cup  Girard's Fat Free Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing


Toast almonds in a small skillet over Medium heat 5 minutes or until golden brown; stir to prevent burning.

Remove from skillet and set aside to cool.

Cut tomatoes into small wedges.

Peel cucumber; cut in half lengthwise and into 1/4-inch thick slices.

Chop green onions.

Toss salad greens, tomatoes, cucumber and green onions with dressing.

Sprinkle almonds and dried cherries over top and serve immediately.
