2 cups Hill Country Fare all-purpose baking mix
1/2 cup H-E-B Granulated Sugar or sugar replacement
1 cup Dried cranberries or fruit bites
1 1/2 Tablespoons Mazola oil
1/2 cup H-E-B fat free half & half
1/4 cup Sugar or sugar replacement
Heat oven to 375°F. Spray a large baking sheet with Mazola Pan Spray and set the pan aside.
Combine the all-purpose baking mix and 1/2 cup sugar or sugar replacement in a large mixing bowl. Add the dried berries, Mazola oil and half and half. Stir the mixture just enough to combine the ingredients.
Shape the dough into a 10-inch circle, place on a baking sheet, cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 30 minutes.
Remove the dough round from the freezer and score into 10 wedges. Sprinkle the dough with sugar or sugar replacement. Bake the scones on the center oven rack for 25 minutes.
