1 1/2 lbs. lean steak
1 c. Global Palate Tangerine Miso Dressing & Marinade, divided
1 gallon size H-E-B Tough & Easy Zipper Bag
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B Sugar Snap Stir-Fry, frozen
1 tsp. orange zest
Combine beef and 1/2 cup marinade in zipper bag. Seal, turn to coat and set aside to marinate 15 minutes.
Heat a large skillet to Medium-High and add oil. Sear steak 1-2 minutes on each side. Transfer to cutting board, slice into thin strips, and set aside.
Meanwhile, add stir-fry vegetables to hot pan. Stir and cook until heated through. Add beef and remaining 1/2 cup of dressing. Remove from heat and add zest. Enjoy!
