2 lb. ground chicken breast
3/4 cup green onion, sliced
2 Tbsp. H-E-B Chicken Fajita Seasoning
1 egg, slightly beaten
4 slices jalapeño jack cheese, quartered
8 soft dinner rolls
Combine ground chicken, green onion, seasoning and egg in a large bowl. Mix to blend, but do not over mix.
Form 1/4 cup of mixture into patties. Grill for 5 minutes on each side. Place cheese on patty and set aside. Tent with foil to keep warm.
Slice rolls open and serve with favorite condiments.
