1 small jicama, peeled & cut into matchstick-size strips
2 large navel oranges, peeled & cut into small chungs
1 package H-E-B Fresher Lasting™ Jumbo Avocado Halves, sliced
1 head Boston lettuce leaves, rinsed & crisped
1 (7 ounce) container H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Sliced Peppers & Onions
1/2 cup Azar Whole Natural Almonds, toasted
1/2 cup H-E-B Texas Twists Creamy Cilantro Salad Dressing
Combine the jicama, orange chunks, and avocado slices in a mixing bowl and toss lightly.
Line a large salad bowl with the lettuce leaves and layer the jicama-orange mixture, sliced pepper-onions mixture, and toasted almonds in the center of the salad bowl. Cover and chill salad 15 minutes or until ready to serve.
Serve salad with H-E-B Texas Twists Creamy Cilantro Dressing, as desired.
