1 loaf H-E-B Ciabata Bread
1 tsp. Mc Cormick Gourmet Black Pepper
2 tbsps. chopped fresh basil or 1 teaspoon Mc Cormick Gourmet Dried Basil
1/4 cup H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup H-E-B Italian Shredded Romano Cheese
Heat oven to 350 degrees. For easy clean-up, line a large baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Cut bread into 1/2 inch-thick slices and arrange on prepared baking sheet; set aside.
Combine the black pepper, basil, olive oil and shredded cheese in a small bowl. Spread 1 Tablespoon of cheese mixture on each bread slice.
Bake bread on center oven rack for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese melts. Do not allow bread to toast. Serve hot.
