1 box (6 oz) long grain and wild rice blend, cooked and cooled
1 cup cooked, cubed ham or turkey, cubed or cut in thin strips
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
1/2 cup sliced red or green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup crumbled Feta cheese
1 can (14 1/2 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and quartered (optional)
1 can (2 1/2 oz) sliced black olives
1/2 cup HEB Robust Garlic Salad Dressing
1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
Place cooked rice in medium bowl and allow to cool.
Add remaining ingredients and toss lightly. Chill and serve.
