3 cups H-E-B garden rotini
1 cup H-E-B shredded italian asiago or crumbled feta cheese
2 cups Fresh cherry tomatoes cut into halves
2 cups Chopped & unpeeled cucumber
1/2 cup Hill Country Fare pitted ripe olives chopped
1/2 cup each Hill Country Fare italian dressing & chopped red onion
Cook the pasta according to package directions.
While the pasta is cooking combine the shredded cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, salad dressing and onion in a large pasta bowl; toss to coat.
When the pasta is cooked, drain, rinse with cold water and drain. Add the cool drained pasta to the salad mixture in the pasta bowl and toss to combine. Season the salad to taste with salt and fresh cracked black pepper
