½ c. H-E-B roasted pepper tapenade
1 pkg. (6 ct.) whole wheat pita pockets
1 pkg. (8 oz.) H-E-B sliced turkey
2 c. H-E-B baby spinach (or your favorite lettuce)
4 thin slices red onion, rings separated
1 large tomato, cut into 8 slices
6 slices H-E-B Deli mediterranean cheddar, sliced on #1 thickness
Spread 1 tablespoon roasted red pepper tapenade in each pita pocket, stuff with 2 slices of turkey, ¼ cup thin-sliced spinach, several onion rings, a tomato slice, and a slice of Mediterranean cheese.
Heat pita pocket in microwave for 15 seconds, serve.
