1 cup H-E-B fat free sour cream
1/2 cup Crumbled feta cheese with sun-dried tomatoes and basil
3 cloves Garlic peeled and chopped
4 ounces H-E-B fettuccine spaghetti or bow tie pasta
1 pkg. (6 oz.) H-E-B frozen chopped spinach
1 lb. Hill Country Fare large easy peel shrimp, peeled & tails removed or you can use 1 lb. Hill Country Fare boneless skinless chicken breasts thin sliced
In a large pasta bowl, combine the fat free sour cream, feta cheese, and garlic. Season the mixture to taste with salt and black pepper. Set mixture aside. 2. Cook pasta according to package directions, but after the first 6 minutes of cooking, add spinach and shrimp or thin sliced chicken to the boiling pasta. Bring the mixture to a boil again and cook the pasta mixture for 4 more minutes. Drain pasta mixture thoroughly. 3. Add hot pasta mixture to sour cream mixture and toss gently. Serve immediately. Add-ons: For a spicier flavor, add 1/4 teaspoon crushed RED PEPPER and 1 teaspoon dried BASIL .
