4 frozen H-E-B Ciabatta Rolls
6 each: H-E-B Harvest Moon™ Kalamata Olives, Stuffed Spanish Olives & Capers, chopped
1/2 cup H-E-B Roasted Pepper Tapenade
4 slices H-E-B Deli Sliced Black Forest Ham & Provolone Cheese
1 tomato, thin sliced
2 H-E-B Ready Fresh Go!® Romaine Lettuce Leaves
Heat oven to 400°F. Bake the H-E-B Ciabatta Rolls according to package directions.
Meanwhile, combine the chopped olives, capers and roasted pepper tapenade in a small bowl. When bread is ready, slice each roll in half. Brush the tapenade olive mixture on the bottom half of each roll. Layer the ham & cheese on the other half of the rolls. Place on the baking sheet used to bake the rolls and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
Top the tapenade side with tomato slices & lettuce leaves. Place the tops on the muffaletta sandwich and serve.
